Invitation

This invite was designed to promote a local school's biggest fundraiser of the year, their annual auction. The "vintage circus" theme of the event was made clear through the use of color, type and imagery.

The iconic red and white circus color scheme was created using the school's official red, to keep the palette on brand, and an off-white to create an aged feel. The addition of a distressed texture overlay adds to the vintage appearance. Using five different fonts does not work for most projects, but the juxtaposing loud typefaces work perfectly to give this invite that over-the-top circus feel. The classic circus tent graphic makes the theme clear and the addition of the school's logo to the flag atop the tent adds another pop of branding.
